Three problems, solved in production

LIVE SINCE MAY 2026

A national e-payment gateway on ISO 20022

THE CHALLENGE

A Malawian commercial bank needed its customers to pay online and move money instantly through the national switch, under the switch's ISO 20022 message and signing rules.

WHAT WE BUILT

A gateway between the bank's Flexcube core and the national instant payment switch, supporting 3-D Secure card payments, OTP-based two-factor mobile transactions, XAdES message signing, and automated settlement and reconciliation.

THE RESULT

Live since May 2026 and supported under the bank's SLA. The same architecture now underpins our gateway work for payment service providers.

LIVE SINCE AUG 2024

ATM switching that survives core downtime

THE CHALLENGE

Every core banking outage took ATMs, POS and transfers down with it, and customers noticed first.

WHAT WE BUILT

An ISO 8583 bridge that interfaces directly with the financial switch for dynamic routing. Stand-in processing authenticates and securely queues POS, deposit and EFT transactions while the core is unavailable, then posts them when it returns.

THE RESULT

Customer-facing channels keep working through core maintenance windows and unplanned outages. [Add one verified throughput figure]

CENTRAL AFRICA · 2026

Mobile and agency banking through a core migration

THE CHALLENGE

A microbank in Equatorial Guinea was migrating to a new core banking system. Its mobile and agent channels had to stay live throughout, inside the CEMAC and COBAC framework.

WHAT WE BUILT

We re-integrated the mobile banking and agency banking platforms to the new core, covering account views, transfers, bill payments, the GIMAC regional switch interface, and agent float and commission management.

THE RESULT

Channels stayed operational through the migration. The bank is moving to direct support with us, in English and Spanish.
